What the Site Offers
This site presents KO-LAB Inc.'s capabilities — field operations, installations, fabrication at The LAB, equipment — and allows you to submit a price request for a shop product or an equipment rental. The site does not process any online payment: prices shown are indicative and are confirmed directly by our team before any firm order.
Your Account
Creating an account requires an accurate name and email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for any activity carried out from your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Orders and Price Requests
Submitting an order or a price request does not constitute a concluded sale: our team follows up with you to confirm availability, final price and terms. A submitted order can be modified during the window indicated on the confirmation; after that period, preparation begins.
Intellectual Property
The text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to KO-LAB Inc. or are used with the permission of their owners. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass its security measures, and not to disrupt its normal operation.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided as is, without warranty of continuous availability. KO-LAB Inc. cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
