Who Collects Your Information
This policy applies to the ko-lab-center.ca website, operated by KO-LAB Inc., a field deployment, fabrication and logistics company based in Outaouais, Quebec. For any question about this policy or your information, write to us at info@ko-lab.ca or use our contact form.
Information We Collect
Depending on your interactions with the site, we may collect: your name, email address and phone number (contact form, account creation, order); your organization's name (contact, order); your delivery address (order with shipping); your password, stored encrypted by our authentication provider, never in plain text; your résumé and application information (careers form); the content of your exchanges in the chat bubble, if you use it.
Why We Collect It
This information is used solely to respond to your requests, process your orders and quotes, manage your client account, review your application, and keep you informed of an order's progress. We never use it for advertising purposes and never sell it to anyone.
Who We Share It With
KO-LAB Inc. does not sell or rent your information. Certain technical providers have access to it to allow us to operate the site: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Resend (sending transactional emails such as order confirmation), Vercel (site hosting) and Cloudflare (domain name management). If the chat bubble is enabled, Crisp hosts the conversations. Each of these providers acts as a processor, solely within the scope of operating the site — none may use your information for its own purposes.
Cookies
The site places a necessary technical cookie to keep your session open when you're logged into your account — nothing more is used for audience measurement or advertising. If the Crisp chat bubble is active, it may place its own cookies to remember your conversation.
How Long We Keep It
Your information is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: as long as your account remains active, the time needed to process an order or application, or until you request its deletion.
Your Rights
Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may request access to your information, its correction, or the withdrawal of your consent to its use, by writing to info@ko-lab.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your rights have not been respected.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information: role-restricted access, passwords never stored in plain text, and encrypted communications (HTTPS). No security measure is infallible; in the event of an incident affecting your information, we will inform you in accordance with the law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date at the top of this page indicates the version in effect.
